I’ve worked as a broker in the insurance business from 1976 until 1989. Then, I changed industry to go to the office furniture business. After the business was sold to a bigger group, I went for a new challenge, but still dedicated to the customers satisfaction: chauffeur driven service.
In order to understand the travellers needs, I worked on the field and it quickly occurred to me that the limousine driver’s job is to avoid all the small problems that his passengers would encounter during their stay. He has to be dedicated to them as a discrete driver, a secretary, a confident, an assistant and a tour guide if needed.
Knowing all this, I became eager and eager to provide this kind of service to all the company’s guests (royals, politicians, business (wo)men, show business, tourists, …) That’s why I have specialized myself as an International Business Development Manager.
