From obtaining the GSM license in a Joint-venture with Airtouch (Polkomtel) in Poland, I project managed the TeleDanmark side of the project including network planning, construction, all the way to commercial launch under the Brand Plus-GSM.
Other responsibilities included the supervision of mobile operations in Lithuania (Comliet -NMT- and Bité -GSM- ), board member of both companies and eventually chairman of both Boards.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel (Warsaw) from 1995 to 1999.
1993 - 1994In charge of all operating aspects of MIC JVs in Russia, Lithuania, Ghana, Tanzania, Mauritius, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Philipines and Vietnam.
1992 - 1993Head of the Telecom division of Swatch, developped a consumer terminal product range including the Twinphone, a solid state answering device, a cordless phone and the Swatch pager watch. Products were successfully introduced to the major European markets and the USA.
1987 - 1991Head of the Telecom product division of Landis & Gyr, including payphones -public and private - both coin- and prepaid card-based.With R&D centers in Switzerland, France, Germany and the UK and manufacturing in Switzerland, France The UK and Taiwan, L&G was the payphone world leader.
