Recruiter in a consultancy company (VOLT), I wanted to see the other side of the recruitment industrie by doing internal recruitement for SWIFT.
During my time at Volt I recruited all kind of profiles in IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain.
At first, I joined Swift to help on the young graduate recruitment program. Now I am more oriented on IT profiles recruitment (support, developers, architechts, managers...)
Tasks:
- Source CV’s (active search on Monster, ICT Job, Social Networks, database and headhunting)
- Telephone screening
- Drive face to face interviews
- Write a detailed debriefing to defend the candidates applications
- Attend kick-off meetings(qualify the jobs)
- Prepare the candidate for the interviews
- Follow-up of the candidates
Employee of Volt, I am currently outsourced @ Swift as a Recruitement Consultang.
My tasks are to souce candidates for IT positions.
On top of that I have responsabilities in Swift's 2012 Young Graduate Program (we are planning to recruit 70 Young Grads this year check our web site: https://swift.taleo.net/careersection/extlist/j... )

- Financial activities (propose pension plans, term investment, certificate deposits)
