Mission at European R&D center of Visteon Automotive Interior Systems supplier

I worked half time in a job linked to the packaging to prepare my Packaging degrees.
To make this apprenticeship I integrated the Technical Packaging team of the Amiens plant of Procter & Gamble.
My responsabilities were:
+ Review and follow up of the daily packaging issues
+ Creation, review and diffusion of the Packaging specifications
+ Tests on line of new packagings for new projects
+ Implementation of a new Quality tool (in term of process and supports) between suppliers and plant

Work in a such place gave me the opportunity to learn the reality on the production lines, how is managed the organization of a such group and discuss the options and responsabilties in projects managed between local plants, technical and marketing central offices.

Student training during 3 months in the Packaging team:
Development of reusable packaging for pieces with soft touch
Validation of last deliveries for tests
Tracking and follow up of the packaging solution developpement
Learnings on 5S, Kaizen, "See and Touch" concept, global quality
Linked with Logistics and Quality offices
