I am en enthusiastic professional and manager in the Distribution of IT solutions.
My speciality is to build business; I learn do that doing covering different functions in the IT sectors: Product Management, Logistic, Sales, Training.
I worked both in the B2B that in the B2C. Always in the distribution.
I worked with local distributor (in Italy) and with International Ones.
I had the chance to manage international team.
In 2003 I moved my family in Belgium, where Avnet has the European headquarter. It was a very challenging experience, especially for my daughters, but all the family is happy to live here.
As I still need to improve my French and, especially Dutch, I don’t have too much free time. The litte one I have, I dedicated it to my girls, who still need support in their studies, to my garden and, of course, to my wife.

Define the Value Proposition of Valadis for Belux Market. Optimize the team to reach the Company target. Engage the Belux resellers specialized in networking infrastructure. Synergize the Belgium structure with the headquarter structure in the Netherlands.
2006 - 2008In this role I have to recover a difficult situation. Starting from a situation of overstock, leaving sale force and declining sales I have to reach challenging stock, sale turnover, gross and net margin results. At the end of July 08 (closing fiscal year) the net margin results are achieved. In FY 08 Target become growth; I obtained a second person and I introduced in the Benelux Market “VIRTUAL IRON”. This virtualization software offers strong synergies with the IBM Intel servers that Avnet distributes in Belux and allows to engage new resellers; it reinforces also the relationship with IBM Belgium.
