    Managed a team of 5, 2 technical, 1 Bus.Dev. and admin. Full responsibility for P&L in Benelux as well as building the channel as well as doing direct touch sales promotion. CTIE and eSante were the 2 biggest deals and proved the investors the value of the plan. CTIE is a project where all the Luxemburg government and a part of EU services will use the PKI encryption services via a SAAS platform, hosted by the Luxemburg government. eSante is a Healthcare project in ``Le Grand region''(Luxemburg plus all adjacent provinces of Germany, France and Belgium) where protected and encrypted(privacy requirement) exchange of messages and prescriptions need to be exchanged between healthcare professionals and patients. Scope of the project is 700.000 end users and 21.000 healthcare professionals.

    I developed a channel for mIdentikey3G and later for Cloudkey in 21 countries. This channel was different from the traditional channel of Option so needed building from the ground up.

    Promoted and sold the solution.

    Assembled all elements of Cloudkey, negotiated with Vasco, Kobil, Symantec, Giesecke & Devriendt and Qualcomm to get top of the line integrated products and supervised the integration of all these elements by the German development team.
