Because Hilti is a worldwide company with 18,000 employees over 100 countries, I had the opportunity to start an international carrier in 2001. I worked in different locations in Sales and Marketing in Europe and North America and now since 2011, I am General Manager for Hilti BeLux.

Part of my responsabilities, I feel highly involved in developing people (expertise/carrier development) as well as achieving results (plan/execution) in order to generate a sustainable and profitable growth for the Hilti Group
