I have worked in the Supply Chain Management team, by managing procurement and the logistics business processes.

Tasks of a Key user of SAP R3 (MM, ME, FI, CO):
•Purchase Order processing: PO-requisition, PO, creation request
• Inventory Management: Products movement, reservation.
• Invoice Verification: Vendor payment, mitigation, issue posting
• Monthly reporting vs planning of Material requirements.

Optimisation of process for Vendor (One-shot)

Tasks of a Key user of SAP R3 (ME, SD, FI, CO):
• Purchase Order processing: Investigating, extracting and organizing all the information necessary for the project
• Invoice Verification: Evaluation of gap between budget (actual vs planned), in relation to Key Performance Indicators of these Vendors
• Provide monthly report to help in making the decision through optimisation of the resources, in relation to each department.
• Design of tools to treat the data using MS project and Excel.

Fabris gained skills in management support, financial analysis and delivering a decision tool using Excel and Ms project.

Optimisation of the flow of production.

Contribution:
•Identify the constraints of each production line, to find out which and where the bottlenecks are
•Simulated different levels of constraint at the bottlenecks to see how to improve their use and efficiency
•Proposed processes to force certain levels of constraint into the production lines and keep them within certain limits.

I gained skills in improving methods of production using the Theory of Constraint (TOC) and applying it to the production flow, which resulted in optimisation.

Maintenance Management Models (CMMS)

Contribution through CMMS:
•Inspection: specify the condition of the assets
•Preventive: keeping track of and scheduling maintenance
•Machine Breakdown: handle incidents of machine breakdown

Fabris gained skills and experience in improving methods of
maintenance and using CMMS.
