Role Description :

To participate in the daily HR-operations, support and assist the team.

1/ Collects information, prepares files, does all kind of supportive back office activities related to HR operations:

- Executes and coordinates the updates of organisation charts and role specifications in HR Access.
- Collects and prepares data for the management information:
* Participates to the follow-up of manpower (Team Members, temps, consultants) by reporting monthly on each type of resources in collaboration with the HO HR Management Reporting.
* Follows up all the manpower movements on a monthly basis (newcomers, departures, internal mobilities, promotions)
* Reports on the status of the recruitment
* Participates to and give support in HR-processes: Staffing requests approval, SKAP, CBR, IERP, job descriptions...

2/ Participates in the recruitment:

- Drafts and ensures the publication of the open roles on the intranet and external jobsites
- Screens (internal & external) incoming cvs and decides on adequacy of these cvs with open roles, send the cvs to interviewers for feedback, follows-up their input.
- Participates in assessment exercises: organises the exercises, plays the actor when relevant and participates as assessor.
- Organises debriefing sessions.
- Executes all supportive activities related to contract proposals.
- Ensures the updates of HR access regarding the recruitment flow: from CV to invitation, invitation to interview, interview to offer, offer to acceptance.

3/ Handles full selection process for staff roles under supervision of the HR Manager and reports on the recruitment status (from validation till contract signature).

4/ Handles Team Members questions on day-to-day HR issues
