Tracking and follow-up on all project tasks
Conducting and leading regularly scheduled meetings
FINANCIAL/MARKETING FOLLOW-UP
Ensure that all contracts are reviewed by the appropriate parties
Single-point of contact for go-to strategic planning person; marketing tactics interface
Develop the business plan which includes development/approval of the pricing model and financial forecasting
Coordinate resources to carry out the plan
Drive negotiations and problem resolution as needed
Manage the budget and track all the financial
LOGISTICS ORGANISATION
Create and distribute the attendee welcome letter
